Delimitation Stages

The adoption of an electoral map takes place in several stages defined by the Act. Here are the current stages.

	Tabling of a preliminary report	March 12, 2008
	Public hearings	April 21 to June 13, 2008
	Consultation with the National Assembly Commission	September 14 and 15, 2010
	Tabling of a report showing the delimitation of electoral divisions	September 20, 2011
	Limited five-hour debate at the National Assembly	September 27 and 28, 2011
	Final setting of electoral division boundaries by the CRE	October 12, 2011
	Publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec	October 20, 2011
